§ 1
COST, TIME AND METHODS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. The Product delivery costs to be covered by the Customer shall be determined during the process of submitting the Order and shall depend on the choice of the method of payment and delivery of the purchased Product.

2.2 The Product delivery time consists of the time of completion of the Product and the time of delivery of the Product by the carrier:

2.1. the time for completion of the Products is between 1 and 2 working days from:

a) the posting of the monies paid for the Sales Contract on the Seller's account
b) or positive authorisation of the transaction by the electronic payment system
c) or acceptance of the Order for execution by the Seller in the case of choosing cash on delivery,

2.2. the delivery of the Products being movables by the carrier takes place within the timeframe declared by the carrier, i.e. from 1 to 3 working days from the moment of sending the parcel  (the delivery takes place only on working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).3. the Products purchased in the Shop are sent via a courier company.
